The US band One Direction is having a law suit against our boys because they have the same name. This is bullshit because they aren’t even famous and our boys are more famous than them and they can’t MAKE them change their name
But the thing is, how can it be in their favour? They are not famous so they boys probably never heard of them which clearly shows they didn’t steal the name.

Doesn’t matter if they’re famous or not, if they had the name first, they have it. blink- 182 was originally blink, but they had to change it… Allstar weekend was Allstar, but they had to change it… Another local band that used to battle Allstar Weekend was called Shenanigans, and they had to change their name too… It happens.
